First and foremost we are property investors. Starting in 2023 we have the aim and ambition to achieve an equity portfolio of £10 million in just under 10 years.

We have over 5 years of property experience from working with landlords and helping develop their portfolios to helping them manage large scale developments and conversions.

Our bread and butter is HMOs, however we are very keen and interested to continue doing simple BTLs and refurbishments to sell or keep.

Predominantly the end goal is to be developing units of 3 - 9 executive style houses in and around Suffolk. Creating new and beautiful houses around the area where we grew up.

Recently we have decided to undergo an internal change and have started the process of becoming certified to deal package. We have 100’s of deals come across our desk every year, and its a shame to not be able to pass these onto fellow investors.
